Here are some tips though:
Ok, so i can gather that you’re applying for a job that requires some sort of “leading”. A leader always looks people in the eye. They speak clearly, loudly, and with ease. They make the other person feel as though they want THEM. So make your interviewer feel as if he wants you, only you, for the job.

Never mix up the two.
Knowing the systems and their processes is competence. Having the ability to say that you do not know a thing is humility.
