    Leadership Development Feedback: I would imagine that in leadership you’re leading others. In management you have to maintain a place, the workers, and anything the business has. i think.

    Leadership Development Feedback: although there is a difference, by its very nature management would by necessity incorporate aspects of leadership.
    and conversely leaders need to be good managers as well, otherwise they could not lead effectively.
    so, they are much the same , but leaders are usually chosen by the people they are in company with because they display qualities required.
    managers are sometimes appointed to positions based on other technical skills and do not always succeed in this role.
    basically, very similar.
