Leadership Development Feedback: I would want a self starter a motivator, a leader, and someone who is goal orientated and have good people skills, a problem solver and dependable. Don’t over sell yourself but don’t under sell yourself either. Is that what you wanted?
Leadership Development Feedback: I majored in bullshit so do you need a bullshit answer or the real answer - the key to answering any question is knowing your audience.
BS: The primary leadership skill I bring to the table is the ability to motivate a group of people towards a common goal. This skill is invaluable in successfully managing a CD store, ensuring profitability and a productive, enjoyable work environment. The two ways I accomplish this is through leadership by example and taking care of my people. I am the first to provide outstanding customer service and expect the the same from my employees. At the same time, I demand that we have proper incentives in place to reward our outstanding performers. I allow my people the room to succeed while providing just the right amount of input to ensure positive outcomes.
Real - I wont allow so much dope smoking that we dont sell any music.
Good luck.
