    Leadership Development Feedback: well my boss always told me, “you manage equipment or assets, you lead people”. I think that is the best comparison I’ve heard.

    Leadership Development Feedback: Show leaders and how they can lead. Show followers. Then show the lifestyle of the twoi groups. Leaders have better spouses, marriages, income etc. Followers live paycheck to paycheck following anything or anybody that comes along.
