Can you answer Steve W’s question about Leadership Development?:
I graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2005. I would like to go back for grad school in either Organizational Leadership or School Psychology. Where do I begin?

Leadership Development Feedback: Of course you can. All you need to show is your diploma and reach the minimum GPA requirement. Don’t you worry about a thing. =]
Leadership Development Feedback: Yes. Assuming you meet the GPA requirements and have taken the GRE, you can apply to graduate school at any time after you’ve received your BA. My mother is in her 50s and planning to go back to school to get her master’s.
As for where to begin, do you still keep in touch with any of your professors who might be able to give you letters of recommendation? Can you get great ones from employers? Look around for good schools to attend.
I recently found this site:
They should be able to help you with further questions.
Leadership Development Feedback: Of course you can! People start grad school at all times of life - you will find students ranging from fresh out of undergrad to older adults who are changing careers or pursuing an advanced degree to improve their opportunities at work.
First, you need to research schools. Consider: do you have to stay local, or can you move? what do you want to study? how well-respected are the faculty and the program? what type of Teaching and Graduate Assistant positions are available? how many students receive financial aid?
Because you graduated in 2005, you may not have to take the GRE - some schools waive the test if you graduated a certain number of years ago. Find this out, and then if you need to, start studying for the test. Because you graduated a few years ago, you will probably benefit from taking a review class or at least studying on your own with a Princeton Review or Kaplan study guide - there will be tons of math questions that you probably haven’t touched in years, and your grade on the GRE may affect what type of scholarships you qualify for, so you want to do well.
Good luck
