Can you answer mandapanda’s question about Leadership Development?:
I am currently a high school junior, so it is essential for me to be thinking about college and my future. I am considering getting an associates degree in Child Development, and then my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. What could I do with these types of degrees? Also, what colleges in California would recommend if I were to go into this field?

I’m at a UC getting a Business Admin degree, so I’m biased for UC’s
Leadership Development Feedback: To me that degree says you could be headed towards being a child care center director. At the associates level you would be qualified to work in a day care center. I’m not sure about what kind of laws/regulations they have for teachers in California, but here in Florida if you have a bachelor’s degree you can obtain a teaching certificate from a community college, qualifying you to be a teacher.
