Leadership Development Feedback: the job does come first when your a supervisor like it or not. you have to be an example at all times because they look to you as their leader.
that means no calling off no coming in late. the job has to get done remember you are the supervisor so you have to show them how they can get the job done. you have to be equal to all no favortisms or they will see that and it will hurt your career. there’s no such thing as can’t. so never let your workers here you say can’t. where theres a will theres a way. you have to be strong emotionally and mentally. theres always going to be someone who dont like you especially when your their supervisor. so you have to watch that person and listen to them and try to win them over.if your employees is not behind you, you will be weak get them behind you and theres nothing they wont do for you. you will find out you dont have to tell them what to do they will do it on their own. they already know their job. they just want someone to tell them what a great job their doing. supervisory is a headache sometimes but it is doable. its a lot easier if you get their cooroperation. and always stay within the company’s policy no matter what but yet keeping the employee happy and the consumer happy. always smile be friendly. good luck.
