Leadership Development Feedback: Get out of your comfort zone and do it. Believe in yourself, and have confidence.
How do I make an egg sandwich? I have the eggs and the bread but I don’t know how to make a sandwich. I never tried to do it before, and I am afraid of messing up, but now that I am hungry I have to do it.

Just do it..
Leadership Development Feedback: it’s okay, i know how you feel…some people are naturally more extroverted than others….be more open about your thoughts and more deliberate in your actions; it will show people that you are responsible…it’s sad that a lot of introverts are forced to feel that they need to change, that mustnt be the case, you can survive fine as an introvert in an extroverted world…this is a common problem with lots of business people who are naturally introverts…try to find a balance with interacting with others and having your own alone time. good luck
Leadership Development Feedback: Well, you may have bitten off more than you can chew if your new job requires you to have abilities you don’t believe you have. That’s a problem. There is no way to fake having leadership abilities. But you can start to move toward making the progress you need to in order to develop leadership qualities.
My guess is that one of the best things you can do to make progress in that direction is to work on your self-esteem first, build your confidence, then see if you might feel more like a leader. Not everyone is meant to be a leader. However, once you work on those personal issues, it should be clearer to you if you have any natural leadership qualities. Best wishes!
Leadership Development Feedback: First things first, say to yourself that everybody has leadership skills. Believe in your leadership skills and it will work wonders for you. Just take a practical case: You have a prominent political leader. So long as he or she is alive, everybody follows him or her. But, the moment the leader quits, someone takes over. It is not that this someone did not have leadership quality earlier. Situations create leaders.
As you have yourself admitted, you new job needs leadership skills. Just identify your goals, set a deadline and show your colleagues how to get there. You may be a shy person but eventually you will open up and become popular. The best way to learn how to swim is to plunge into water. Once you apply yourself to your job completely, your leadership skills will surface on their own. Just trust yourself and approach your colleagues with confidence.
