Leadership Development Feedback: i have always had a dictatorship-style of management. its always been effective for me. i think part of that is being upfront and honest to my employees. do as i say - if u needed to know why, ill tell you. the only problem with that has been, i have no tolerance for the upper management, and i expect them to obey too! lol

Leadership Development Feedback: first of all dint ask anyone to do anything you are not willing to do yourself and read the one Minuit manager by Stephen covey. it is a quick read and is full of good stuff. also keep reading you will find a great selection of books on this topic and many similar topics at most book stores. if you are a manager or own your own business pats on the back are few and far between and sometimes for me it gets hard to keep my head in the game so i turn to a good book to help keep my motivation good luck
