what is the leadership style of gandhi?

Can you answer the ghoul’s question about Leadership Development?:

My teacher told us that each of us in the class would be asked to personify a particular leader in history. I got gandhi. Though i know what he did, i dont understand his leadership style too much, because there is no information i can find on it.
