Leadership Development Feedback: In my experience women tend to micromanage and men lead from a bigger picture perspective. I am not saying all men and women do this, just that its been my experience by and large.

Leadership Development Feedback: At the CEO level, there’s not much of a difference. Otherwise men tend to diagnose the problem and immediately look for the solution whereas ladies tend to dwell on the problem and don’t really spend much time trying to find a fix for it.

Modern Feminists simply use a lot of profanity and do nothing of any significance to help humanity. They take small problems and make them exponentially worse. And then they blame men for their shortcomings.

Leadership Development Feedback: The only one of those publications with academic value is the Harvard Business Review- how about trying ebscohost database and do a search. You can get there through your school. You could check the differences in transformational and transactional leadership.

Women tend to foster a cooperative leadership styles.

    Men tend to be competitive.

Leadership Development Feedback: Yes, the Harvard Business Review is a very good publication, as are the others. For added insight, I would recommend books on Personnel Practices, General Psychology, and Labor Studies.

It is said that women as a whole, are less dictatorial and more team oriented. This is what I have read. In my personal experience, I would say it’s about 50/50.
