Leadership Development Feedback: In an organization, a team building challenge may be activities, exercises and games to strengthen the workforce. The aim of most organizations is to build relationships among its employees. Hence, personal and organizational strategies towards a common goal may be combined. The common goal would be the improvement of working relationships and communications within productive participants of a corporate work force.
Conversely, among students a team building challenge may be activities carried out by certain groups (defined by class, age, or race, etc.) to promote leadership skills and help some of the shyer students to come to the fore and show their skills as well.
In your case, the team building challenge may involve you being placed in a group whereby you and your teammates would have to carry out certain activities and even games. You would be able to overcome these challenges by working together. This sort of challenge on a cruise promotes friendship and also as something for people to interact.
